Survey by Income Tax Department of BBC Offices in New Delhi and Mumbai ends after three days. The survey had started on Tuesday.

The BBC said: “We will continue to co-operate with the authorities and hope matters are resolved as soon as possible.” It said it “will continue to report without fear or favour”.
The action by the Income Tax sleuths has been criticised by nearly all political parties in opposition.
No entity is above law of the land however the action by the government was perceived by many as retaliation by the government after BBC aired the controversial documentary.
